Step One: Find the Mail app and open it
Step Two: On the list of email providers, choose Other
Step Three: Enter the Name you’d like people to see when you send them email, your GoPostal.ORG address, and your password, then press Next.
Step Four: Enter mail.mailconfig.net in each of the Host Name areas and your GoPostal.ORG address and password in each of the User Name and Password areas. Finally, press Next.
Step Five: Press Save and that’s it!
Step One: Click the Settings icon:
Step Two: Click See All Settings
Step Three: Click Accounts from the top of the screen
Step Four: Click Add a mail account under the Check mail from other accounts section
Step Five: A new window will pop up. Type your GoPostal.ORG email address into this box:
Step Seven: Choose Yes, I would like to send mail from this account
Step Eight: Type in the Name that you would like other people to see when you send them email, then click Next Step
Step Nine: Change the SMTP Server to mail.mailconfig.net, then type your GoPostal.ORG email address in the Username box and Password into the Password box. Finally, click Add Account
Step Ten: Gmail will now send an email to you to verify you are the owner of this address. Either Open it in Gmail or log in to your GoPostal.ORG Webmail. Open the message and follow the instructions inside.
That’s It! You are ready to use your GoPostal.ORG address on Gmail!
Use the Google’s Gmail instructions (above) on your computer and GoPostal.ORG emails will also be delivered to your phone.
Step One: Click the Launcher Icon in the Dock at the bottom of the screen
Step Two: Click the Mail icon to open up Apple Mail
Step Three: Choose Other Mail Account and click Continue
Step Four: Enter the Name you want people to see when you send them mail, your GoPostal.ORG email address, and the Password from your confirmation email. Then click Sign In
Step Five: Enter your GoPostal.ORG email address for User Name, and the Password from your confirmation email again. Leave the Account Type set to IMAP and type in mail.mailconfig.net for both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Finally, click Sign In.
Step Six: Make sure Mail is checked (Notes are optional) then click Done. That’s it!
